Morris Gross (middle) immigrated from Romania to New York City in 1907, where he started out as a dishwasher, worked his way up over time, and ultimately came to own and operate several NY delis and cafeterias. This is where it all began for his great-granddaughter, Jenny, who grew up with traditional NY deli in her blood.
After moving to California in 2011 and adopting a vegan lifestyle, Jenny never lost her taste for these delicious flavors from her childhood. So, after much trial and error, while pregnant in her tiny kitchen, Jenny hustled to develop and perfect a mouthwatering 100% plant-based Unreal Corn'd Beef to satisfy her nostalgic cravings.
Today, Mrs. Jenny Goldfarb carries on the family business with a deli-cious modern twist.
